I'm unsure if my device is compatible with Plottake books. What do I do?

All modern smartphones and computer devices work with our site. Apple and Android devices can access content with ease, as well as desktop and laptop computers. Mobile reading devices with web browsers also work, allowing you to always enjoy your subscription wherever you are!

I use different web browsers. Can I read content from plottake.com?

Use any of the major web browsers and mainstream devices available to access our site. We support up-to-date versions of the following: Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer 8 or greater, on the following operating systems, Windows Phone, Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android, or Linux.

It seems my book is broken. What's the process for fixing it?

The best way to resolve this issue is contacting our support staff. We will ask you what device you are using, its operating system, and the book causing issues. We will resolve your issue so you can enjoy the book!

Accessing my book is causing difficulty.

In order to read from our library, you have to first download Adobe Digital Editions. It can be downloaded here.

Can I confirm my membership has been cancelled?

If I cancelled my membership and I'm still being charged, what do I do?

No further charges should occur after a cancelling a membership and receiving a confirmation email. If you are experiencing issues, please contact one of our live representatives so we can solve the problem.

What are the terms for cancelling membership?

Cancelling your membership is easy. Once you have cancelled, you will retain access to your account for the remaining time on your term. No additional billing will be received after account cancellation.

What are the terms for obtaining a refund?

Several factors are taken into consideration of refund eligibility:

If you have experienced technical difficulties, been the victim of fraudulent activity, or an accidental billing mistake has happened, you qualify for a refund.
If you have not received the experience you expected from our website, you might be refund eligible.

Refund Status

We make every effort to process refunds within 24 hours. We will send an email confirmation to the email address that we have on file. We add content on a regular basis, working hard to offer you the most complete library possible. Our team is hard at work, check frequently for new content.
